Responsibilities:
? Plan / Organize o Create and maintain Project plans -- Define Tasks, Utilize Work Breakdown Structures, Predecessors/Successors, Level Resources, Set Baselines, etc.
o Measure progress to activities and milestones o Track project metrics based on the Project plan ? Execute o Produce deliverables as directed ? Communicate o Report to overall Client project manager - prepare actionable updates o Report to Core & Extended Team members ? Manage Risk o Facilitate Risk Assessments o Formulate Risk Mitigations and Controls o Escalate risks and issues in order to find ways to keep agreed upon schedules on track ? Facilitate o Facilitate daily/weekly focused and cross-functional meetings o Keep / communicate minutes, decisions, actions o Follow up on team member accountability to actions and notify leadership of appropriate change control
Qualifications:
requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Background in program/project management including maintaining schedules & interfaces with cross-functional team members throughout the project life cycle.
PRIMAVERA 6 (P6) EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Strong Communications skills - both verbal and written - to all levels of personnel & management.
Strong Interpersonal, Influence, & Consulting skills - the Analyst has accountability for other peoples project deliverables, yet these people do not report into the Analyst.
Ability to self teach when necessary Ability to break down complex business information, and apply rational planning for sound business decisions Experience developing process documentation Excellent time management, organizational, problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize and juggle many projects at once Strong commitment to quality, attention to detail, and proven ability to meet deadlines.
