Company Description Job Description RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for all technical work to include architecture, quality, solutions completeness, performance and scalability, security, productization and other key technical metrics Generate technical excitement within team while fostering a software development DNA with a goal of staying leading edge but not necessarily bleeding edge Successfully communicate Business Process objectives and accomplishments to executive leadership.
Define business processes that support business goals in collaboration with client/sponsor & stakeholders throughout the organization.
Manage all aspects of application analysis and design, and direct teams of directors, managers and developers, both onshore and offshore.
Mentor team in development processes, and industry best practices Work closely with Program/Product Management to ensure timely deliverables Some travel may be required, including internationally SKILLS Agile/SCRUM.
NET Java, J2EE (servlets, EJB's, JDBC), JavaScript /Jquery C+
JBoss Oracle/SQL (RDBMS), SQL Server and MY SQL UML XML/HTML5, JSON UNIX RESTFul and Webservices Web App and Responsive Frameworks (Foundation, Bootstrap, AngularJS, etc.
) Apache web server Ant, Maven, Subversion, TFS, Jira Structured problem solving capabilities EDUCATION BS with emphasis in Computer Science, Math, Electrical Engineering, or MIS is required Master degree in CS, Math or EE preferred Certifications are a plus EXPERIENCE 10
years Management experience in a development environment.
