Business Development Manager

Company Description Job Description NW Recruiters is seeking a Business Development Manager.
This role will be responsible for selling our client's products and services to B2B customers across a multitude of industries and segments, including Property Management, Single-Family/Multi-Family, Hospitality, Education, etc.
The Sales Manager is responsible for establishing and leveraging high-level relationships with key decision makers to drive incremental business for commercial sales.
The Sales Manager will work closely with account managers to transition customers once a formal relationship has been established to enable future growth.
Job Duties/
Responsibilities:
Plans, organizes, and presents customer solutions to meet customer's needs Negotiates contracts and product/service agreements consistently in excess of $10k Navigates and interacts with Purchasing Departments and key purchasing decision makers of organizations of small and medium sizes Executes sales strategies across a cross-functional team to gain maximum results from customer relationships Develops loyal customers and maintains high-level relationships Maintains a consistent opportunity pipeline in excess of $5M with minimum $1.
5M in executed sales per year Defines customer single sales objectives quickly and create new opportunities, develops them, and transitions to the account management team once executed.
Leverages peer group and support resources to achieve financial objectives.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
