The Center of Excellence Development Manager is responsible for hands:
on tracking and managing of the delivery of specific defect solutions while working in coordinated effort with Production Support and Engineering.
Responsibility Overview:
- Address critical customer reported defects as part of standard release cycle or hot fix as prioritized by Product and Services teams Build collaborative relationship with Center of Excellence team and other groups - Follow Software Implementation Life Cycle quality system.
- Participate in code reviews.
- Follow Center of Excellence operating processes (Root Cause Analysis, Change, Demand, etc) and make ecommendations for improvements.
- Work with all roles within clinical study teams.
Qualifications:
- Four:
year college degree preferably in computer science, information systems or life sciences or equivalent work experience - Experience working in a regulated, documented environment - Superior organization and communication skills, both verbal and written - Total commitment to quality and attention to detail - Flexible, team:

years of experience in software development environment with experience following Agile and/or Kanban development methodology - 7
