Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Maintain intimate knowledge of existing TSG product offerings.
Reporting directly to the Director of Sales Maintain detailed records on prospects and follow-ups with potential clients using Sales Force.
E-commerce, SEO, reputation management and internet marketing challenges to position new business opportunities for TSG.
Must meet quotas established for phone/webinar presentations with new prospects and follow-ups with existing prospects on a weekly basis.
Develop and present proposals, client presentations and perform negotiations within the established TSG pricing parameters.
Effectively communicate with and engage internal TSG teams (ex.
Account Managers, Marketing, Accounting, Technical, etc.
) as necessary to collaborate on prospective client pursuits.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Excellent working knowledge of PC/Word processing and data management.
Good communication and organizing skills; exhibit accuracy when working with details.
Perform other related duties, as assigned.

Desired Skills and Experience o An exceptional cold caller who is persistent, energetic, results-oriented and not easily discouraged by rejection; o A sales professional who prefers to excel in a home office environment and not on the road; o An articulate communicator, networker and relationship builder with outstanding interpersonal skills and excellent knowledge of sales processes and how to align products to customer needs; o A skilled time manager and multitasker capable of remaining organized, prioritizing and responsibly following through in all phases of the sales cycle to meet targets while working autonomously and as part of a team.
Requirements and
Qualifications:
Associates degree or combination of education and relevant work experience.
Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience cold calling and selling products/services in the internet marketing space.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills in Hunter attitude and comfort with cold calling, handling rejection, addressing objections, and uncovering potential client needs.
Possesses strong relationship building skills.
Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals.
Proficient with Sale Force; Microsoft suite including Word, Excel, and Power Point.
