Business Process Development (Supply Chain / Food Industry) Our company is seeking a talented Business Process Development (Supply Chain / Food Industry) employee for our growing company.
Job Requirements:
Key client leadership in early stage discovery interviews to affirm and reinforce the decision to implement a new business process Participate in the organization re design and alignment as required by the engagement scope Lead and/or participate as a Subject Matter Expert in Supply Chain pod or segment teams responsible for the To Be process design, testing, acceptance, implementation, and post Go Live phases of the engagement Must have:
Bachelor Degree in related business disciplines and/ or significant comparable business experience Proven leadership ability and a broad based Supply Chain business operating background spanning multiple disciplines and functions including logistics, demand and supply planning, production plans and schedules and customer service.
Prior participation in significant enterprise level business process change initiatives as a Supply Chain client/customer Strategic and business operating plan development participation.
Professional oral, presentation and written communication skills Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, comfortable with technology especially mobile applications and social media.
Conversant in integrated supply chain business landscapes and best practices in food related and commodity based businesses Ability and willingness to travel 40 weeks a year Preferred Skills:
Experience in food and commodity based businesses such as meats, dairy and fresh produce Significant role in implementing ERP projects and familiarity with SAP, Oracle and INFOR Prior business process consulting experience Manufacturing, technology, Sales Finance and Accounting and/or general management background Advanced Degree in related business disciplines and/or specialized education and training Related Professional Certifications Years of
