Company Description Job Description POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for leading and directing unit staff involved in the provision of patient care within respective unit, including hiring, disciplining and terminating when necessary.
Assumes 24-hour responsibility, authority and accountability for staffing, management, patient care, and service operation, serving as a role model for excellence in patient care.
Ensures budget meets organizational goal.
Develops, executes and prioritizes unit goals, including timelines which support the Nursing Division Strategic Plan and the community s mission statement:
Serving our Community with Compassion and Commitment.
Schedule Full time - Day shift and other hours as needed Minimum Qualifications Seven years experience as a Registered Nurse in ED.
3 years of ED Director experience.
Education and Certification BSN Required MSN highly preferred Source:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
