Nurse Manager (NICU) - Central California - (Fresno)
The NICU Nurse Manager demonstrates knowledge and understanding of California Children's Services (CCS) standards for a community level NICU.
The NICU Nurse Manager shall direct the administrative operations of the NICU.
Shall have the responsibility on a 24-hour basis for the organization, management, supervision and quality of nursing practice and nursing care in the NICU.
The Community NICU medical director and the Community NICU nurse manager shall have joint responsibility for the development and review of an ongoing quality improvement program.
