Customer Service Representative FULL TIME POSTION (40 hrs/week)
Summary:
Responsible for receiving incoming customer calls and finding solutions to service questions/issues.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or G.
E.
D.
certification required Effective listening and comprehension skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to remain customer service focused during situations in which customers may be notably frustrated.
Knowledge of the waste management industry is preferred but not required.
Bi-lingual skills are desirable but not a requirement.
Qualifications:
Communicate relevant information effectively and coherently to customers and coworkers.
Acts in a professional, courteous, cooperative manner toward customers and coworkers.
Creates problem-solving solutions for the customer as well as the company.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
