Job Description Essential Duties:
Install and configure systems that meet specific customer requirements.
Assess customer needs and use in:
depth technical and business knowledge to create integrated solutions.
Working with Sr Systems Engineers develops software solutions to meet business needs.
Maintain detailed knowledge of site systems and business processes.
Maintains operational procedure documentation, as it relates to technology, and make available to the IT support team.
Perform server hardware and software troubleshooting.
Minimum Education and
Experience:
Bachelors degree OR directly related year for year experience 2 years systems engineering or programming field Preferred
Experience:
Extensive understanding/experience with a key architecture (Windows, UNIX) Extensive experience with storage technology (SAN) Experience with at least one programming language (Perl, Ruby) Working knowledge of relational database technologies (Oracle, MySQL) Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/D/V We participate in EVerify.
